1 General Information on Data Protection

In the following, we inform you about the processing of personal data with respect to our website. According to Art. 4 (1) of the GDPR, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, e.g., the name, address, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers and also usage data such as your IP address.

DTV has not yet appointed a data protection officer.

 

2 Your Rights

With respect to the processing of your personal data, you have:
–    the right to access, Art. 15 GDPR
–    the right to rectification and erasure, Art. 16, 17 GDPR
–    the right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR
–    the right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR
–    the right to object to processing, Art. 21 GDPR
–    Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, Art. 77 GDPR
–    the right to withdraw consent at any time according to Art 13 (2.c) and Art 14 (2.d) GDPR,
without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

 

3 Processing of Personal Data

3.1 Contact Form and -Email

When you contact us using the contact form or e-mail we store the personal data provided by you to be able to answer your questions. The related personal data (e.g., name, address, e-mail address) will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer required or their processing will be restricted if there is a statutory obligation to store such data. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1.b) of the GDPR.

3.2 Reporting

Within the framework of reporting about the Association´s activities and events, personal data including pictures of the participants are published on this internet site. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1.f) of the GDPR.

3.3 Use of this Website

Upon any access to an internet site, your browser automatically transmits some data to the webserver:

–    Date and time of access
–    Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
–    Content of access (specific site)
–    Access status/HTTP status code
–    Each data volume transmitted

We use this data to enable our website to be correctly displayed by your browser and to ensure the stability and security of our webserver. (The legal basis is Art. 6 (1.f) of the GDPR).

3.4 Cookies

Cookies are stored on your computer while you are using our website in addition to the aforementioned data. Cookies are small text files which are allocated to the browser you use and stored on your hard disk. Through these cookies, certain information is supplied to the site setting the cookie (in this instance, us). Cookies cannot execute programmes nor transmit viruses to your computer. Their purpose is to make the internet site more user-friendly and more effective.

This website uses session cookies. Per session the client (your browser) receives a unique ID (the session ID) which he server uses for identification. The session ID is stored by default in a PHPSESSID cookie for establishing the relationship. All the information stored with respect to the session remains on the server. As soon as you log off or close the browser the session cookies are deleted.

3.5 User Tracking

We do not use any user tracking tools.

 

4 Recipient of Personal Data

We use an external service provider for hosting this internet site and for our e-mail communication. When service providers have contact with personal data from our field of responsibility this happens within the framework of so-called processing in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR. The service providers processes the personal data exclusively according to our instructions which we ensure by means of contractual regulations.
